Our mission and objectives are to analyse, detect, investigate and report on all financial crime cases mandated to us, and to also ensure that our clients are provided with professional services related to the thorough investigation of all aspects of financial crime and fraud risk management.
Our financial crime investigations involve obtaining and analysing all physical evidence of crimes, interviewing of witnesses, conducting field investigations, drawing conclusions about individuals involved and to assist our clients with recommendations leading to the reporting to law enforcement stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Post investigation training and workshop is also offered to clients.
Our aim is to also provide our clients with investigative knowledge to assist in risk reduction and key decision-making as well as to identify and bring all perpetrators to book.

Director of Excellsior Forensics (SA) is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and is accredited by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, (ACFE International and ACFE South African Chapter). We will only outsource Investigators in need, accredited with a ACFE qualification and who have SAPS fraud investigation experience. Outsourced investigators will require Financial,Asset Fraud and Banking investigation experience.

we conduct an analysis of your client’s applications submitted to detect red flags for fraud, false salary advice, suspicious bank statements, financial profile building. Our trained Investigators will conduct interviews on the field with all role-players involved (applicant, employer, references, site visits to addresses provided). We will provide the recommendations for reporting and registration of cases if applications are found to be fraudulent. We can also assist you with verification of employment, residential addresses and business premises to enhance your decision to offer credit.
Indept investigations on fraudulent vehicle finance and home loans are conducted by our trained investigators. We also investigate cases of cloned vehicles. Often many clients struggle to find the culprits involved with external and internal financial crime due to a lack of information or the tools to do so.
